Why Hoppenville
anniversary parties live somewhere on the estate.
An anniversary party at twenty-five, fifty, or sixty years calls for a room that can hold the whole arc of a family, and the estate's two flagship spaces are built for that range. The Welcome Center seats up to 220 guests under twenty-foot ceilings and wrought-iron chandeliers, with a stone fireplace at one end and a full-length patio that opens straight onto the gardens, so a banquet dinner can spill outside for toasts and coffee without anyone losing the thread of the room. For a gathering closer to 40 or 100, the Bank Barn offers a more intimate post-and-beam setting, string lights overhead, sliding barn doors thrown open to the breeze, and an adjacent lawn where grandchildren can run while the adults settle in. Both spaces work equally well set for a seated banquet or a cocktail-and-dance layout, so if this is a party built around a receiving line and a first dance instead of assigned seats, either room adapts. Catering comes from Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, the two in-house caterers who know these rooms well, and a licensed bartender rounds out the bar. If weather turns, an indoor rain plan is built into either venue at no extra cost, decided together 24 to 48 hours ahead, so the celebration itself never has to change.</prose> </invoke>
