At 220 guests you're in the Welcome Center at its fullest, the flagship room built for exactly this scale: 5,400 square feet under 20-foot ceilings, with wrought-iron chandeliers overhead and a stone fireplace anchoring one end. The polished concrete floor runs straight out through the full-length patio into the gardens, so cocktail hour and dancing have somewhere to spill besides the head count packed into rows of tables. On-site parking for about 100 vehicles sits close to the door, and the room is fully ADA accessible from curb to dance floor. Every rental at this size comes with day-of coordination; you'll walk the timeline with your coordinator at least twice before the date arrives, not once. Catering runs exclusively through Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, while your florist, photographer, planner, and entertainment can come from our preferred list or your own. Bar service has to come from a licensed, insured bartender or caterer. If weather turns, the indoor rain plan is built into the space at no extra cost, and the call gets made together 24 to 48 hours out, so a room this full never has to gamble on a tent. Tours run by appointment Tuesday through Saturday if you want to stand in the room before you book it.
