At 150 guests, the Welcome Center is where you land: the venue seats up to 220, so your reception settles into banquet rounds with real room between tables rather than a full house squeezed to capacity. The 5,400-square-foot room carries 20-foot ceilings, wrought-iron chandeliers, and a stone fireplace over polished concrete floor, so 150 guests fill the space without crowding the dance floor or the bar. When the weather cooperates, the full-length patio opens straight into the gardens and pulls part of your crowd outside for cocktail hour before dinner. On-site parking for about 100 vehicles covers a 150-guest list comfortably, and the room is fully ADA accessible and A/V ready for a band, DJ, or slideshow. Pricing that varies by day of week, venue, and season is spelled out in detail rather than left for you to guess at on a call. Day-of coordination comes with every rental, and you will walk the timeline with your coordinator at least twice before the date arrives, so nothing about a 150-person reception catches you off guard. Catering comes from Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, both exclusive to the property; for florists, photographers, and music, bring your own vendor or choose from the preferred list.
