The Bank Barn is the natural fit for the hundred-guest mark.
At 100 guests, the Bank Barn is where your day fits best. This mid-1800s post-and-beam barn seats about 150, so at 100 you get real breathing room between tables, an easy path from the sliding barn doors to the dance floor, and a head table that doesn't feel wedged against the hand-hewn timber. The string-light ceiling does most of the work overhead, so you can spend less on decor and more on the parts of the evening you actually care about. Say your vows on the adjacent lawn, then walk your guests in as the barn's big doors slide open. The barn isn't climate-controlled by design: the doors open to let the breeze through, and if the weather turns, we move your ceremony indoors together 24 to 48 hours out at no extra cost. Every event here runs through one of our two in-house caterers, Robert Ryan Catering and Design or Tosco's Catering, so the kitchen side is locked in from the start. Everything else is yours to choose: bring your own florist, photographer, planner, and entertainment, or pull from our preferred list. Bar service runs through a licensed, insured bartender or caterer. Tours run Tuesday through Saturday by appointment, and walking the barn empty is the fastest way to picture 100 guests in it.
