Bank Barn off-peak, full bar, 100-guest dinner. The $25k sweet spot.
For couples planning at this budget level, the Bank Barn is the venue on this estate built for you. Restored from a mid-1800s post-and-beam barn, it seats about 150 guests under hand-hewn timber and a string-light ceiling, with sliding doors that open to the breeze and an adjacent lawn for your ceremony. Ground-floor access means no stairs to navigate. Booking on an off-peak day or in a quieter season stretches your budget furthest here, and every rental includes day-of coordination: we walk you through your timeline at least twice before the day arrives. What you pay depends on the day of the week, the venue, and the season, never a flat number handed to you without explanation. Catering is exclusive to two in-house caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, so your food comes from a name you can call directly. Your florist, photographer, planner, and entertainment are yours to pick, from our preferred list or on your own. If weather turns, every venue here has an indoor rain plan built in at no extra cost, with the call made together 24 to 48 hours out. Bar service runs through a licensed, insured bartender or one of the caterers. Twenty-four acres in Pennsburg, in the Upper Perkiomen Valley, give your day room to breathe instead of feeling squeezed.
